Annunciation’s Health Students Visit Inner-city Clinic

Students in The Center for Health Science at Annunciation School today visited Kaleida's North Buffalo Medical Park and were able to experience first-hand how an inner-city health clinic works. It was an excellent and informative behind-the-scenes tour!

Located at 900 Hertel Ave. in Buffalo, the Medical Park specializes in internal medicine, dermatology and social work services.

The Center for Health Science is an innovative two-year curriculum that offers students hands-on opportunities in a variety of health science environments. Among the supporters of the Center are Independent Health, UNYTS, Catholic Health and Kaleida Health.

Located at 7580 Clinton St., Annunciation School currently serves children in Pre-K3 through Grade 8 from the Alden, Alexander, Attica, East Aurora, Cheektowaga, Depew, Iroquois, Lancaster, Orchard Park and West Seneca school districts. To schedule a tour of the school or for more information, please call 681-1327. Additional information can be found by visiting the school’s website at www.annunciationschoolelma.com or following the school on Facebook.
