YMCA Buffalo Niagara is pleased to offer its valuable Diabetes Prevention Programming (Y-DPP) to Western New Yorkers at three of its area branches: Delaware, Niagara Falls, and Southtowns Family YMCAs. This 16–week program, offered once a week, aids in the prevention of diabetes for individuals who have pre-diabetes.
