Rural Outreach Center to Offer Five-session Living with Diabetes Seminar

 

Rural Outreach Center Health Care Services is offering a free five-week seminar on Living with Diabetes: New Directions, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27 and Nov. 3. The seminar will take place at  730 Olean Road, East Aurora. 

These interactive seminars are set up for people with diabetes, caregivers and other interested individuals. Major topics in this Living with Diabetes seminar series will include the importance of exercise, medications, new and ongoing research, and the importance of proper nutrition for people dealing with diabetes. This series is open to the public and interested individuals are invited to attend as many sessions as possible. To register, please contact Ruthie at 220-4834 or Don at 652-8197.
