Public Invited to Health & Curriculum Fair at Annunciation School

Annunciation School in Elma, home of the unique Center for Health Science, will host a Health & Curriculum Fair and Open House from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 8, in the school, located at 7580 Clinton St.

The public is invited to visit with health care vendors, tour the school and visit the Center for Health Science, a special hands-on science lab and curriculum developed for the school’s seventh- and eighth-grade students. The Center for Health Science is supported by Catholic Health, Independent Health, Kaleida Health and Upstate New York Transplant Services (Unyts).

Health care vendors taking part in the event include Unyts, Catholic Health, UB Department of Pediatric & Community Dentistry, Department of Health, Food Allergy Network, Fidelis Care, Asthma Coalition of WNY, WNED, Alden Pregnancy Information Center and more.

Tours of the school during the Health & Curriculum Fair will give visitors an opportunity to meet with Annunciation School families, teachers and the school principal. Enrollment information will also be available.

Annunciation School offers Pre-K3, Pre-K4, kindergarten and Grades 1-8, and currently serves children from the Alden, Alexander, Attica, East Aurora, Cheektowaga, Depew, Iroquois, Lancaster, Orchard Park and West Seneca school districts.
