West Seneca’s New Outdoor Market Continues on June 12

West Seneca’s new Main Street Marketplace, sponsored by the Western New York Federal Credit Union, will continue from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 12. The farmers’ and food producers’ market will feature nearly 30 vendors and local entertainment Thursday evenings through Sept. 4.

The event takes place on the grassy hill at the corner of Union Road and Main Street, next to West Seneca Town Hall. In the event of extremely wet conditions, the market will move within the park, into the parking lot immediately in front of the West Seneca Ice Rink.

Weather permitting, week five will feature local artist Matt Schreiner who will create a remarkable painting while you watch, as well as musical entertainment. Our Fur Child Rescue will occupy the market’s community table on June 12.

Guests are invited to bring a blanket or chairs for their comfort. Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a leash. There will be no market on Thursday, June 26, due to West Seneca Community Days.
