Enjoy The Journey to Host New Exhibit, Events and Photo Contest in March

Several special events, including an amateur photography contest, are planned during the month of March at Enjoy The Journey Art Gallery, located at 1168 Orchard Park Road, West Seneca.

The event-filled month kicks off with an opening reception from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 9, for a new exhibit highlighting the work of gallery members in mixed media, photography, oils, acrylics, jewelry, fiber, clay, digital fine art, glass and more. The event will also feature a “Wine & Chocolate Tasting” featuring Belgium chocolates from Stuffed Chocolates and local wines.

buffalo, NY – The Vocalis Chamber Choir is proud to announce its upcoming March concerts, titled Spotlight WNY: Choral Compositions from Buffalo and Beyond.  Vocalis has been proud to be a part of Western New York’s thriving artistic community since 2001.  This concert pays tribute to great choral works from the area.  A diverse and entertaining mix of repertoire will showcase the many talented composers of Buffalo and beyond in three concert venues.

The Western New York Railway Historical Society is pleased to announce its 21st annual Winter Train and Toy Show and Sale on Saturday February 18, 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday February 19, 2012 from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Event Center and Expo Hall on the Hamburg Fairgrounds, South Park Avenue, Hamburg, NY. The show will feature model trains, railroadiana, collectible toys, die casts, dolls, miniatures, models, operating model railroad layouts and displays. Large model layouts feature trains with animated scenes and Amusement Ride Models. Club displays will include The WNY Garden Railway G gauge, the WNY Model Engineers O Gauge, the Niagara Orleans Model Railroad Engineer’s HO & N Gauge, and the Gowanda and Buffalo Model Railroad Club N gauge layouts. The Niagara Frontier Live Steamers display will add to the show.
