The East Aurora Co-op has partnered with the Hubbard Film Society to host a special screening of "Fresh," an absorbing documentary that surveys American farmers' and researchers' pioneering efforts to develop efficient systems for growing food with a common goal of limiting pollution while creating healthier products.

Following the movie, a panel discussion will take place with Tim Bartlett, general manager of the Lexington Co-op; Christa Glennie Seychew, food editor of Buffalo Spree and owner of "Feed your Soul," Gerry Miller from HG Miller Farms; and Kent Miller from Plato Dale Farms.

Tickets are $6 for HFS members; $8 for all others and may be purchased at the door.
